Ben Eder, founder of tänd, is a craftsman based out of Salt Lake City. Trained and educated in electrical engineering and architecture, his background is perfect for all things fabrication. He was drawn towards the shop life in architecture school, and continued working full time in product fabrication upon completion of his education. When not working in his shop, Ben can be found running on trails in Salt Lake City, Utah, with his border collie, Chico.

Connor Alexander, lead designer with tänd, grew up loving to build and fabricate. Trained in architecture and with a design background, his love is in furniture construction. Connor's favorite style of furniture and architecture is the Bauhaus movement. When not fabricating, Connor spends his time cooking for his partner in med school.

Alan Peck (AP) is a master wood turner. Alan creates functional and artistic works in his Salt Lake City woodshop, including natural-edge bowls, salad bowls, pepper grinders, French rolling pins, and hollow-form vessels.
