Erosion is a 6" aromatic cedar bowl shaped by the natural movement and contrast within the wood. The bowl is divided between deep brown and pale tones, creating a landscape-like transition reminiscent of sandstone shaped by wind and water. Striking grain patterns move across the surface, revealing layers of color and texture that feel almost geological. The small scale of the bowl gives these natural variations an intimate presence, allowing the wood to speak for itself. Erosion captures the quiet transformation of time, where contrast, movement, and imperfection become part of the form.
