A scale model of Little Cottonwood Canyon framed in black walnut. This is a protest piece against the proposed gondola, to be installed in Little Cottonwood Canyon, located in Salt Lake City, Utah. It is 3D printed topography and hand painted with a soft white, mounted in a walnut frame and finally wrapped in 3000k COB lighting. The light emitting from the COB frame LED’s is the same color temperature and direction that you would see in Little Cottonwood Canyon at 6a on a Saturday morning in June.
