The Basin

In the high-altitude landscape, a basin is a natural gathering point; a broad, sheltered expanse where the elements settle and life thrives. We designed The Basin to serve as that same steadying presence on your table.

Hand-turned in our studio, this 8-inch serving bowl is a study in balance and proportion. The deep, dark heartwood is carved into a clean, modern silhouette that highlights the architectural grain patterns unique to the tree.

Finished with a silken, food-safe hand-crafted Danish oil, The Basin is as much a tactile experience as it is a functional vessel. It is sized for the everyday, equally suited for serving a shared side dish or holding the harvest of the season on your countertop. Like the mountain geography that inspired it, The Basin is built to endure, growing more beautiful with every meal shared around it.
