We’ve applied that same intentionality to this piece. Hand-turned in our Salt Lake City studio from domestically harvested walnut, the handle features a series of architectural "steps" that echo the silhouette of trail markers while providing a natural, ergonomic grip. The deep, rich grain of the walnut is finished to a smooth texture, making it as much a tactile experience as a functional tool. Whether used for heavy stirring or delicate serving, the Cairn is designed to be the guide of your culinary landscape.
