The Serac

Named after the massive, towering blocks of glacial ice found on the world’s highest peaks, The Serac is a celebration of scale and natural architecture.

The Serac cutting board is a beautiful domestic slab of figured walnut. Milled from walnut trees sourced in Oregon, these beautiful wood slabs tell the story of the tree, while being a beautiful art display piece for a kitchen counter top. Each board is selected for its unique character; featuring deep, swirling "figure" in the grain that mimics the fractured, frozen movement of a glacier.

Hand-finished in our Salt Lake studio, The Serac bridges the gap between rugged utility and refined design. It is a heavy-duty workspace for the serious chef and a striking visual anchor for the modern home.
